1. Accounts and Subscriptions

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for your account's security. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, 6-month, yearly) and will automatically renew unless you cancel. All payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, including all Qbank questions, explanations, and features, are the exclusive property of Rufus USMLE. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to share your account, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any of our proprietary content. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided for educational purposes only and does not guarantee a passing score on any examination. The Service is provided on an &qout;AS IS&qout; and &qout;AS AVAILABLE&qout; basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
